- My SubZero Fridge, model 550 was broken down then I called Acco Canada. The Technician was too good to be true. He knew what he was doing. He is an honest, hard working, knowledgeable, experienced Serviceman. He had all the parts with him in his van. He fixed it right away. My Sub Zero fridge is working finally and very quiet. We can’t thank him enough!
Ellf From Hamilton - I contacted Acco Canada Refrigeration as I noticed our subzero fridge was no longer operating properly, the fridge was not really getting cold as it should be normally. From my initial contact with Acco company over the phone, I knew I made the right decision. The technician was friendly and very focused on helping me diagnose the problem, which was a problem with the faulty control unit in the freezer. Despite being extremely busy, he was determined to fix my fridge and within a few hours a replacement part was installed within 30 minutes. Our food was saved! Acco demonstrated strong technical knowledge and great customer service, and I definitely would recommend Acco to anyone requiring an appliance repair.

I had already made a few calls about my subzero fridge to other repair service companies, and I found that most of the estimates were really high. I called Acco and the tech guy took the time to research the model 650 and what it would cost me to replace the part that was not working. They suggested that since my subzero fridge was fairly new and an excellent brand that I should just invest in replacing the part. At the end gave me a reasonable price, and they guaranteed that if anything further needs to be done, Acco is always available to when I need it. Great customer service is alive and well at Acco Appliance and that isn't something you can say every day, is it?

My initial call was returned quickly for my subzero fridge, followed up by an estimate appointment and finally the completed job. I actually had another follow-up to my initial job which Acco company did not charge me for and also completed quickly. Bob From Oakville - Our 5 year old Sub Zero fridge stopped working a Friday morning. We called at Acco Canada Appliance Service and were suggested to unplug the fridge for 4-6 hours as it is somewhat common that condensation clugs the ducts that allow cool air circulation between the freezer (still working) and the fridge (warm). When this did not work, we found ourselves in a bit of a hurry to book a repairperson to fix our fridge. We called Acco Appliance and booked an appointment for their very first available spot, Sunday evening. When they asked us if we had alternate arrangements to keep our food and we confirmed that we then arranged a same-day late-evening home call. They were fully reliable, showed up on time, properly diagnosed the problem, and came back the very next day with the piece and fixed our fridge. We are grateful to Acco Canada for their impressively and prompt service.
Betty and Andy, Kingcity - My Subzero fridge was not cold and I could see that the fan was failing. I probably could have replaced it myself but it was Friday evening and food was spoiling. I called Acco Canada Appliance Service at around 9pm and got a call back around 20 minutes later. Technician came by promptly the next morning (Saturday) at the agreed time and called first to let us know he was on the way. He quickly assessed the situation and replaced the fan from stock in his truck. No muss no fuss just peace of mind. Thanks Acco Canada Appliance Service.
Andrew From Hamilton - Our 5 year old Sub Zero refrigerator broke down just before the weekend including big party planned. It took other company 5 days to show up for 10 min and diagnose the problem. Broken Compressor, $950.00 cost, later they said that it would take another full week to get a repair man in which we would pay for again plus service call. Then I called to Acco Appliance Service, I called at 2:30 and Acco Tech arrived around 3:30pm with parts and replaced the compressor. Now we are set just in time for the long weekend. We won't have to spend more money every day/night eating out. The other company service was disappointing and I'm much happier supporting a service from Acco company who knows everything about appliances and customer service. Would happily use Acco Appliance Services again.
Jerry From Richmond Hill - My brother has high-end Kitchen-Aid fridge stopped cooling but the lights were still working. I called the manufacturer (Whirlpool) from the manual, who were going to charge $85 just to come out, plus $25 per 15 minute increment, before cost of parts or tax!! They suggested I needed a whole new fridge (about $1600 for my model) since they thought it sounded like a compressor replacement (a bit deal). I went online and called the first 5 repair people on this site with positive reviews, and Acco was the first to return my call. Tech arrived at the next day, on time and immediately replaced a relay on the fridge. The whole thing, including his visit fee and the new relay, was $120. I could not be more satisfied with this company!! Acco Service is the best.
